ezyFoodDelivery is an easy food delivery software that allows you to embed an online food ordering system onto your restaurant website, manage menu lists, and process client orders. Having an online ordering system will make it easier for your customers to order takeaway with a click of the mouse.

Who can use ezyFoodDelivery?

The ezy Food Delivery system is designed to help small and medium restaurant businesses to build their own online food delivery restaurant. You don’t need programming skills to use the restaurant ordering system. Everyone in the restaurant industry can use the food delivery software.

What do I need to use ezyFoodDelivery?

EzyFoodDelivery is offered as a hosted solution. This means that you don’t have to install any software and don’t have to worry about server resources and maintenance. You only need a computer with internet access to use the ezyFoodDelivery system.

How to embed the online ordering system onto my website?

You can embed the online food ordering system onto your website within minutes. Use a short snippet of code found under the INTEGRATION section in your account. You need to copy the code and paste it in your web page or content management system. You can embed the restaurant menu and the food ordering system, or the ORDER NOW and the VIEW MENU button.

What if I don’t have a website?

The ezy Food Delivery system can be used as a standalone system and you and your customers can access it from a custom URL. You can also embed the system into your Facebook page or any other platform.

How secure is my data on ezyFoodDelivery?

We have a dedicated security team using the best tools and practices available to build and maintain ezyFoodDelivery. We take prudent precautions to ensure that your data is protected from loss and unintended viewing. Our servers are monitored constantly to avoid any unwanted access to your data. Do you provide technical support?

Yes, we do provide technical support via mail for all our customers, no matter if they use our food delivery software under the monthly or yearly account. Please note that our tech support working hours are from 12:00-16:00 CEST in week days. If you contact us outside of hour working hours or in the weekends, please be patient. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

What are the Payment methods?

We accept Paypal only. Please contact us if you wish to be billed other way.

Can I cancel my Account?

Yes, you can cancel your Account anytime. Note that canceling your Account will not cancel your service — you may continue to use the EzyFoodDelivery until the end of the Month. To cancel your Account, mail us.

Can I get a refund?

No, there is no Refund as must be paid in Advance. Please contact us for more information.

How do I start?

Once you have created an account with us, you need to login and start by setting your restaurant details up. You need to add your restaurant location. This is very important if you are going to give your clients the option to pick-up their order, as well as use the location as a start point to trace out the delivery area on the map.

You need to set delivery prices, as well as working time. Then, create your menu by adding categories, products and extras.

Set your restaurant details from the RESTAURANTS page, click on the NEW RESTAURANT button and then use the tabs to add location, prices and working time.

To manage menu and products, go to the MENU page, then add products, categories and extras.

Can I add my own logo to the food ordering system?

Upload your own logo and add a name to your restaurant. The name is automatically included into the destination URL of you ordering system, so if you use the ezyFoodDelivery as a stand-alone system, it’s easy to remember and directly access your restaurant menu and ordering system.

How many users can I have with the system?

You can create as many users as you want. You can manage user access rights under the OPTIONS page in your account. Please note that the main admin cannot be deleted. You can only change his profile details. Use the PROFILE page to do that.

How to set CURRENCY, PAYMENT METHODS and LANGUAGE?

You can customize your restaurant food delivery system, change default currency, select payment methods and a system language under the OPTIONS page in your account.

Is it easy to embed the online food ordering system on my website?

Integrate the food delivery system into your website by copying and pasting a short snippet of code. In your account, go to the INTEGRATION page and follow the instruction there. You can use the first method to embed the entire restaurant ordering system onto your website, or integrate buttons directing to your system.

Do you provide guarantees?

We will make the best efforts to ensure our service works correctly and without interruption, but we cannot be accountable for security breaches or server interruptions that arise from circumstances beyond our control.
